Terms of Service

Welcome to Autopia Car Wash. By enrolling in our VIP Wash Membership Program, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Membership Overview
– Membership is for one vehicle only.
– RFID tags or license plate recognition may be used to identify member vehicles.
– Membership plans allow for car washes during business hours, subject to fair and reasonable use.
2. Billing & Payment
– Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis to the card provided.
– Billing recurs every 30 days from the original signup date.
– It is the member’s responsibility to keep valid payment information on file.
– Declined payments will result in a pause on the membership.
– All membership fees are non-refundable once billed, except in cases of proven billing error.
3. Cancellations & Changes
– Members may cancel anytime by notifying Autopia at least 7 days before the next billing date.
– Cancellations can be performed via the membership portal at www.autopiacarwash.com or the Autopia App.
– No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused days.
– Changes to membership type can be completed via the membership portal at www.autopiacarwash.com or the Autopia App.
– Transfer of Subscription to another vehicle must be done onsite.
4. Vehicle Requirements
– Membership applies only to standard, privately owned passenger vehicles.
– No Commercial or Fleet Vehicles
– No UBER, LYFT, or Rideshare vehicles are allowed to have any VIP Membership Plan.
– Additional fees for SUV’s and Oversized vehicles.
– Vehicles must be in safe working condition to receive service.
– Autopia is not responsible for damage to aftermarket parts, antennas, racks, non-factory modifications, or pre-existing damage.
5. Fair Use Policy
– The membership program is intended for personal use only.
– Excessive or fraudulent use (e.g., excessive subscription transfers or over usage) may result in suspension or termination.
6. Service Availability
– Wash availability may be affected by weather, holidays, maintenance, or operational issues.
– Force majeure: Autopia is not liable for closures caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
7. Membership Suspension or Termination
– Autopia reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships at any time for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
– Misuse includes excessive transferring of subscriptions , over usage, or damaging property.
8. Price Changes & Terms Updates
– Autopia may update membership pricing.
– Pricing changes will be updated on our website www.autopiacarwash.com.
– Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Liability Waiver
– Autopia is not liable for damage to vehicles that are improperly maintained, modified, or incompatible with automated wash equipment.
– We are not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles.
– Members accept responsibility for ensuring their vehicle is fit for wash services.
Autopia Car Wash DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT THE SERVICES ARE SUITABLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE(S). WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY Of Autopia Car Wash Specifically DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR, AND YOU ASSUME THE RISK FOR, DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE(S) OR INJURIES RELATED TO OR ARISING FROM ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Vehicles 15 years or older or over 100,000 miles
- Vehicles with less than five inches (5”) of ground clearance or vehicles that are greater than seven-feet, two-inches (7’ 2”) in height
- All non-factory installed accessories
- Driver negligence
- Plastic parts, e.g., hubcaps, mirrors, trim, taillights, headlights, light bars, etc.
- Antennas, satellite radio, aftermarket accessories, etc.
- Aftermarket racks of any kind (roof, bike, hitch, etc.)
- Parts of logos attached with tape or adhesive, press fit or snap on license plate frames.
- All loose items (trims, wipers, mirrors, rails, etc.)
- Aftermarket wheels or extended valve stems
- Non-standard or non-factory equipment, e.g., custom tires/rims, running boards, bug shield, etc.
- Pinstriping graphics, painted plastic, repaints
- Previous bodywork, pre-existing or unforeseen conditions or defects
- Existing chips in glass that may expand
- Moon roofs, sunroofs, or glass
- Items left in or around the vehicle
- Previous paint defects (surface marring, halo-scratches, holograms, etching)
- Electric mirrors, running boards, and antennas not folded in or retracted
- Antennas of any kind including “fin style” (Recommend removing antennas)
- Windshield wipers & Automatic Windshield wipers left on
- A vehicle without warranties
- Failure to follow car wash attendant directions and car wash traffic signs/signals
- Articles/belongings left in the vehicle during performance of the Services
10. Data & Privacy
– Autopia collects member information for billing, service updates, and communication purposes only.
– Member data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or to process payments.

11. Communication & Notices
– By enrolling, members consent to receive email, SMS, or phone communication related to billing, service updates, and membership management.
– Members may opt out of promotional communications, but account-related notices remain mandatory.
12. Gift Cards & Promotions
– Gift cards, coupons, or promotional pricing cannot be combined with memberships unless specifically stated.
– Promotional offers are time-limited and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
– We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
13. Governing Law
– These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in the county of Autopia’s locations.
– Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with California law.
